摘 要:随着“互联网+医疗”的快速发展,老年患者因难以运用智能科技的局限性而面临越来越多的就医困境,影响医疗服务效率与质量。上海市胸科医院通过组建智慧化助老服务队伍,打造多功能助老服务平台,推出一系列特色服务举措,来建立健全智慧助老就医服务体系,帮助老年患者跨越医疗“数字鸿沟”,享受优质普惠的医疗服务。助老就医服务是老年患者克服就医数字化难题,提高疾病认知和健康素养的有效途径,也是改善患者就医体验,提升门诊服务效率与质量,推进门诊规范化管理的有力抓手。With the rapid development of“Internet+medical”,elderly patients are facing more and more medical difficulties due to the limitations of using intelligent technology,which affects the efficiency and quality of medical services.Shanghai Chest Hospital has established a smart service system for assisting the elderly by establishing a smart service team,building a multi-functional service platform for helping the elderly,and launching a series of characteristic service measures to help elderly patients bridge the medical“digital divide”and enjoy Quality and inclusive medical services.Medical assistance for the elderly is an effective way for elderly patients to overcome the digital problem of medical treatment,improve disease awareness and health literacy.It is also a powerful tool for improving patient experience of medical treatment,improving the efficiency and quality of outpatient services,and promoting standardized management of outpatient services.
