摘　　要：目的通过总结关于社会资本与慢性病关系的文献,了解其研究进展,旨在促进慢性病的预防和控制。方法研究设计为系统综述。通过计算机网络检索PubMed数据库、中国知网、万方数据库等。关键词为“社会资本”“慢性病”“social capital”“chronic disease”“chronic illness”。结果共检索到40篇文献,去重后29篇,阅读全文后符合纳入标准的10篇。10篇文献来自3个国家(中国6篇,荷兰3篇,新加坡1篇)。研究主要是横断面研究,揭示了社会资本与慢性病直接相关,并且社会资本有助于慢性病预防控制。结论作为一种无形的社会资源,社会资本对慢性病患者具有不可忽视的重要作用,同时也为慢性病的预防控制提供了重要启示。Objective By summarizing the literature on the relationship between social capital and chronic diseases,and understands its research progress,in order to promote the prevention and control of chronic diseases.Methods The study design is a systematic review.PubMed database,CNKI and Wanfang database were searched through computer network.The key words are“social capital”“chronic disease”and“chronic illness”.Results 40 literatures are retrieved.10 literatures meet the inclusion criteria after deleting duplicate and reading full texts.Ten articles are from three countries(6 in China,3 in the Netherlands and 1 in Singapore).The research is mainly a cross-sectional study,which reveals that social capital is directly related to chronic diseases,and social capital is helpful to the prevention and control of chronic diseases.Conclusion As an invisible social resource,social capital not only plays an important role in patients with chronic diseases,but also provides important enlightenment for the prevention and control of chronic diseases.
