老年人移动健康服务需求现状分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析老年人移动健康服务需求现状。方法2021年9月—2021年12月,通过调查问卷模式,随机抽取可完成调查问卷的200名老年人进行研究,经调查问卷调查老年人个人信息、身体健康水平、移动健康服务需求,并采用SPSS 24.0统计学软件进行统计分析。结果200例老年人的调查问卷发放率与回收率均是100.00%,有145例明确表示有移动健康服务需求(需求率是72.50%),年龄、上网情况、慢性病、文化水平、就医习惯以及户口情况属于影响老年人移动健康服务需求的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年人的移动健康服务需求较大,但其需求会被年龄、患病、文化、就医习惯、上网情况等因素影响,从整体情况看老年人有很高的移动健康服务需求。Objective To explore and analyze the current situation of mobile health service demand for the elderly.Methods From September 2021 to December 2021,200 elderly people who could complete the questionnaire were randomly selected to carry out the study.The personal information,physical health level and mobile health service demand of the elderly were investigated through the questionnaire,and statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS 24.0 statistical software.Results Questionnaire to 200 cases of the elderly issuance rate and the average recovery is 100.00%,with 145 cases made it clear that there are mobile health service requirements(demand rate is 72.50%),age,Internet use,chronic diseases,cultural level,medical practices and the account is belong to main influence factors affecting the elderly mobile health service demand(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly have a large demand for mobile health services,but their demand will be affected by age,disease,culture,medical habits,Internet access and other factors.From the overall situation,the elderly have a high demand for mobile health services.
