摘　　要：目的了解某省级三甲专科医院科研现状,分析科研管理中存在的问题,为提升省级三甲专科医院的学科发展提出对策建议。方法收集某省级三甲专科医院科研档案,对2017—2021年期间医院的科研管理、科研成果情况进行分析讨论。结果近五年期间医院实施提升全院科研意识、健全科研制度、加大人才引进等科研管理措施,科研项目立项及各类科技获奖未有明显上涨趋势。结论省级三甲专科医院科研发展面临挑战,要进一步从政策环境、人才培养、学科发展、科研平台建设等方面持续推动医院科研管理工作。Objective To understand the current situation of scientific research in a provincial grade A hospital,analyze the problems existing in scientific research management,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the discipline development of provincial grade A hospital.Methods The scientific research archives of provincial grade A specialized hospital were collected,and the scientific research management and achievements of the hospital from 2017 to 2021 were analyzed and discussed.Results During the past five years,the hospital implemented scientific research management measures,such as improving the scientific research consciousness of the whole hospital,perfecting the scientific research system,and increasing the introduction of talents.Conclusion The scientific research development of provincial grade A specialized hospital is facing challenges,and the scientific research management of the hospital should be continuously promoted from the aspects of policy environment,personnel training,discipline development and scientific research platform construction.
