摘　　要：瑞香素——瑞香属植物中一简单香豆素类单体。现代药理学研究发现瑞香素具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗微生物及寄生虫、免疫调节、神经保护等药理活性,且其安全性较高,具有广泛的临床应用价值。对瑞香素的研究文献进行总结,从药理活性、临床应用等方面对瑞香素进行系统综述,为其进一步研究提供参考。Daphnetin is a coumarin monomer drug isolated from plants of genus Daphne. Previous studies have reported the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-microbial, and other pharmacological activities of daphnetin. Besides, considering its high safety, daphnetin has a wide range of clinical application. In this work, the pharmacological activities and clinical applications of daphnetin were systematically reviewed, which may shed a new light for further research.
