摘 要:目的:对贵阳市某联塑管道生产企业铅作业工人进行血铅结果分析,了解该企业工人体内铅含量水平,为制定预防和干预措施提供依据。方法:采集该企业118名铅作业工人静脉血,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行血铅检测,按照《职业性慢性铅中毒的诊断》进行评价。结果:118名铅作业工人中血铅超标者15人,超标率为12.7%。观察对象和铅中毒仅在PVC车间检出,检出率分别为12.2%、3.7%,且混料工岗位检出铅中毒,检出率为4.8%。30-39岁、40-49岁两个年龄段检出铅中毒,检出率分别为4.4%、4.8%。工龄为5-8年工人的血铅超标率最高,超标率占19.4%。结论:该管道生产企业存在职业危害,企业应加强重点岗位的职业中毒预防,提高铅作业工人的自我防护意识,并坚持定期开展职业健康检查,预防控制职业铅中毒的发生,保障劳动者身体健康。Objective: To analyze the blood lead level of workers exposed to lead in a joint plastics factory of Guiyang City, understand the lead content in the body of workers, and provide the basis for developing the prevention and intervention measures.Methods: The veinal blood samples were collected from 118 workers exposed to lead in the factory. The blood lead level was detected by the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, and the results were evaluated according to the Diagnostic criteria of occupational chronic lead poisoning. Results: of 118 workers exposed to lead, the blood lead level of 15 workers exceeded the standard, with the exceeding standard rate of 12.7%. The detection rate of observation object and lead poisoning in PVC workshop was 12.2%and 3.7% respectively, and lead poisoning was detected in mixers posts, with a detection rate of 4.8%.Lead poisoning was detected in 30-39 year-old group and 40-49-year-old group, the detection rate was 4.4%and 4.8%.The exceeding standard rate in workers with 5-8 years of service was 19.4%, which were significantly higher than others.Conclusion: There are occupational hazards in the joint plastics factory. The factory should strengthen the occupational poisoning prevention of key positions, improve the self-protection consciousness of workers exposed to lead, and perform health examination regularly, to prevent the occupational lead poisoning and protect the health of the workers.
