摘 要:篮球鞋的高帮设计是为了提高运动员踝关节处的抗扭伤能力。本文选取30名试验对象,其中踝关节正常者15人,因扭伤罹患慢性踝关节不稳定者15人,对同一品牌、同一系列高低帮篮球鞋对运动员下肢生物力学的影响进行分析。选择篮球运动中对踝关节压力最高的侧切变向动作为例进行下肢动作捕捉,并采用测力台收集试验对象在开展这一动作前中后期踝关节力学参数。试验结果表明:在30名试验对象中,正常者和慢性踝关节不稳定者均能够通过高帮设计提高自身踝关节处的侧向稳定性,降低因变向、侧切等技战术动作带来的扭伤风险。The high top design of basketball shoes is usually to improve the anti-sprain ability of the ankle joint.This paper selected 30 test subjects,including 15 normal ankle patients and 15 chronic ankle instability patients due to sprain,and analyzed the effects of the same brand and series of high and low top basketball shoes on the biomechanics of athletes’ lower limbs. The lateral shear movement with the highest pressure on the ankle in basketball was selected as an example for lower limb motion capture,and the force table was used to collect the mechanical parameters of the ankle before the middle and late period of this movement. The results show that in 30 subjects,both normal subjects and chronic ankle instability subjects could improve the lateral stability of ankle joint by high help design,and reduce the risk of sprain caused by the technical and tactical movements such as reverse and lateral cutting.
