摘  要:仿真天然皮革内部组织结构与使用性能的聚氨酯合成革复合材料,可替代天然皮革材料,切实应用于体育用品制备领域。而聚氨酯合成革中大量有机溶剂的应用会造成严重环境污染,威胁员工人身安全。据此,制备了足球用无溶剂聚氨酯合成革复合材料,并测试了其力学性能。结果表明,在不同HO[CH_(2)CH_(2)CH_(2)CH_(2)O]_(n)H中预聚阶段氰酸根和羟基质量比条件下,无溶剂聚氨酯合成革软硬段质量比一直保持于持续平稳下降状态;随着相分离程度变大,合成革拉伸强度呈现出小幅度下降-慢慢升高-极速上升的变化趋势;合成革断裂伸长率呈现波动变化态势,整体变化较小;在相分离程度不断提高下,合成革杨氏模量和邵氏硬度均呈现出升高-降低-上升趋势,而撕裂强度为降低-升高-极速升高的变化状态。As a composite material of polyurethane synthetic leather simulating the internal organizational structure and service performance of natural leather, it can replace natural leather materials and be effectively used in the field of sports goods preparation. The application of a large number of organic solvents in polyurethane synthetic leather will cause serious environmental pollution and threaten the personal safety of workers. Based on this, solvent-free polyurethane synthetic leather composites for football were prepared and their mechanical properties were tested. The results show that the mass ratio of soft and hard segments of solvent-free polyurethane synthetic leather maintain a steady decline under the conditions of different mass ratio of cyanate and hydroxyl in the prepolymerization stage of HO[CH_(2)CH_(2)CH_(2)CH_(2)O]_(n)H. With the increase of phase separation, the tensile strength of synthetic leather decreases slightly-increases slowly-increases rapidly. The elongation at break of synthetic leather shows a fluctuating trend, and the overall change is small. With the increasing degree of phase separation, the young’s modulus and shore hardness of synthetic leather show an increase-decrease-increase trend, while the tear strength shows a change state of decrease-increase-rapid increase.
