摘  要:加热辊是热塑性片材辊压机的关键部件,加热辊的性能直接关系到辊压机的运行速度和片材质量。从加热辊的流道分布形式入手,分析导热源加热的热传递理论。根据加热辊的流道布置建立三维模型,应用SolidWorks软件进行热力学仿真,并对影响辊面温度的因素进行分析。仿真分析结果表明,用导热油加热,辊面流道设置八组,流道直径为25 mm,导热油流速为2.5 m/s时,辊面温度均匀度为4.23 K,满足设备使用要求。The heating roller is the key component of the thermoplastic sheet rolling machine, and the performance of the heating roller is directly related to the running speed of the rolling machine and the quality of the sheet material.Starting from the distribution form of the flow channel of the heating roller, the heat-transfer theory on heating by heat conduction source was analyzed.A 3 D model was established according to the arrangement of the flow channel of the heating roller, and the SolidWorks software was used to carry out the thermodynamic simulation, and the factors affecting the temperature of the roller surface were analyzed.The simulation analysis results show that the temperature uniformity of the roll surface is 4.23 K when the heat transfer oil is used for heating, and eight sets of flow channels are set on the roll surface, the diameter of the flow channel is 25 mm, and the flow rate of the heat transfer oil is 2.5 m/s, which meets the requirement of equipment use.
