摘 要:基于轴流式止回阀的结构特点,应用SolidWorks软件创建轴流式止回阀三维模型,划分流道网格,导入ANSYS Workbench软件进行数值模拟研究,分析不同开度下压力、速度、流阻因数的变化规律。同时对轴流式止回阀进行数值模拟与试验对比分析,得到不同流速下轴流式止回阀的进出口压差和流阻因数,验证数值模拟的可靠性,进而为阀门的设计和优化提供参考。Based on the structural characteristics of the axial flow check valve, a 3 D model of the axial flow check valve was created by using SolidWorks software, the flow channel grid was divided, and the ANSYS Workbench software was introduced to carry out numerical simulation research, and analyses on the change pattern of pressure, velocity and flow resistance coefficient under different opening degrees.At the same time, the comparison of numerical simulation and experiment of the axial flow check valve was carried out, and the pressure difference and flow resistance coefficient of the axial flow check valve at different flow rates were obtained to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation, and in turn provided a reference for the design and optimization of the valve.
