摘 要:冷挤压是一种重要的零件成形方法,在各行业应用广泛。建立有限元模型,对缝纫机梭芯套零件的冷挤压成形工艺进行仿真分析,分析梭芯套成形过程中应变场、应力场、速度场的变化。仿真分析结果表明,在梭芯套成形过程中,应变分布较为均匀,应力分布合理,未出现较大的应力差值,速度场符合反挤压基本规律。所做的仿真分析可以为类似杯形结构零件的成形模具设计提供参考。Cold extrusion is an important part forming method and is widely used in various industries.A finite element model was established to simulate and analyze the cold extrusion forming process of the bobbin case part of the sewing machine, and the changes of the strain field, stress field and velocity field during the forming process of the bobbin case were analyzed.The simulation analysis results show that in the forming process of the bobbin case, the strain distribution is relatively uniform, the stress distribution is reasonable, there is no large stress difference, and the velocity field conforms to the basic law of back extrusion.The simulation analysis made can provide a reference for the design of forming die of similar cup-shaped structural part.
