摘　　要：针对20°压力角滚刀加工25°压力角齿形的问题,提出了一种特殊的加工工艺。介绍了这一加工工艺的流程,并给出了加工实例。采用这一加工工艺,可以避免订制滚刀周期长、价格昂贵等问题。In view of machining the tooth profile with 25° pressure angle by the hobbing cutter with 20° pressure angle, a special processing technology was proposed.The process flow of this processing technology was introduced, and a processing example was given.Using this processing technology can avoid long cycle time and high price for customized hobbing cutter.
