中国对外反倾销的企业救济效应评估——基于竞争战略的中介效应分析

摘　　要：对外反倾销已成为世界各国规范贸易秩序、保护本国产业的最主要政策工具。文章构建了一个包含反倾销政策和竞争战略的一般均衡理论模型,得出反倾销政策的企业救济效应通过企业竞争战略来实现的结论。文章进而基于中国制造业国内国际双市场企业数据,运用双重差分法和中介效应模型的实证结果显示,对外反倾销起到了救济企业的作用,差异化战略是重要的正向中介,低成本战略与多元化战略则起负向作用。进一步分析表明,对外反倾销对劳动密集型和资本密集型企业、私营和外资企业以及中小企业产生显著救济作用,差异化战略在不同样本中均起正向中介作用,但低成本战略与多元化战略的有效性在不同企业类型下存在显著差异。Anti-dumping has become the most important policy tool for the countries all over the world to regulate trade order and protect domestic industries.This paper constructs a general equilibrium theoretical model including anti-dumping policy and competitive strategy,and concludes that the enterprise relief effect of anti-dumping policy is realized through competitive strategy of the enterprise.Based on the data of the enterprises in both domestic and international markets of China’s manufacturing industry,the empirical results of the paper by using DID method and mediating effect model show that anti-dumping plays a role in the enterprise relief,differentiation strategy has an important positive mediating effect,and low-cost strategy and diversification strategy exert negative impact.Further analysis reveals that anti-dumping has significant relief effect on labor-intensive and capital-intensive enterprises,private and foreign enterprises,and small and medium-sized enterprises.Differentiation strategy plays a positive mediating role in different samples,but the effectiveness of low-cost strategy and diversification strategy differs significantly in different types of enterprises.
