摘 要:军事娱乐复合体是美国政府、国防部门、军工企业、娱乐公司、科研机构等结成的松散合作同盟,军事游戏是其共同推出的产品。军事娱乐复合体推动军事游戏的发展是美国独有的现象,军事游戏娱乐化外表下隐含着军事功能内核。一方面,军事游戏作为军事思想、文化与战略传播的隐性载体,宣扬美国军队的正义性、勇武、专业化以及美国军事行动的必要性和扩充军力的正当性;另一方面,军事游戏作为美国军队能力建设的软性支撑,一直服务于战争筹备、实战模拟训练以及新兵招募工作。军事游戏的推广在美国孕育了崇尚军事的社会文化,模糊了大众对战争残酷性的认知。The military-entertainment complex is a loose cooperative alliance formed among the U.S.government,defense departments,military enterprises,entertainment companies,and scientific research institutions.Military games are their jointly promoted products.The development of military games promoted by the military entertainment complex is a uniquely American phenomenon.The kernel of political-military function is hidden under the entertainment appearance of military games.On the one hand,military games serve as the implicit carrier for the dissemination of military ideas,culture and strategies,promoting and implying the bravery and professionalization of the U.S.military,spreading the necessity of U.S.military operations and the legitimacy of expanding military power.On the other hand,they also serve as the soft support for the capacity building of the U.S.military and have been serving in war preparation,actual combat simulation training and recruiting.The promotion of military games has nurtured a social culture of military reverence in American society and blurred the public’s perception of the brutality of war.
