摘 要:为解决广东某铀矿山尾矿库废水中铊元素超标的问题,开展了氧化沉淀除铊的工艺试验研究。小试结果表明:通过石灰中和控制pH值在9~10,氧化剂用量为2 mL/L,处理后废水中铊含量可降至0.5μg/L以下,满足广东省地方标准。工程应用结果表明:流程运行稳定,除铊效果良好,出水铊含量基本保持在1μg/L左右,吨水处理试剂成本约为0.99元。此工艺是一种简单有效、经济可行的废水处理工艺,可作为其他铀矿山含铊废水处理的技术储备。A technology of removal thallium from thallium-bearing seepage water by oxidation precipitation was studied to solve the problem of the thallium exceeding the standard in a uranium mine tailings pond waste water in Guangdong province.The results show that the thallium content of wastewater can be reduced to less than 0.5μg/L by neutralizing with lime with the pH between 9 and 10 and adding oxidizing agent dosage of 2 mL/L,which meets the local standard of Guangdong province.The engineering application results show that the process runs stably and the effect of thallium removal is good.The thallium content is maintained at about 1μg/L and the cost of the reagent per ton is about 0.99 Yuan.This process is a simple,effective,economical,and feasible treatment process for thallium-bearing seepage water and can be used as a technical reservation for thallium waste water treatment for other uranium mines.
