摘　　要：本文以现行药品法律法规制度为依据,从基层药品执法实践的视角梳理药食同源类进口药材界定、审批备案程序、进口监管历史,分析探讨目前药食同源类进口药材存在的质量安全问题及处置措施,为完善药食同源类药材进口监管体系、促进中药材高质量发展提供思考和借鉴。Based on the current legal system on drugs,this paper discusses the classification of imported herbs with dual application in medicine and food,their importing registration procedures and regulatory history.The authors analyze current quality and safety problems with imported herbs and the measures to deal with such problems,hoping to provide insights for strengthening regulation on imported products with medicine/food dual-application and promote sustainable development of the Chinese medicine industry.
