摘　　要：运用投影寻踪模型和层次回归模型实证分析契约治理、关系治理以及二者交互作用对油气资源型城市产学研耦合共生网络稳定性的影响.基于实证结果,分别从契约治理和关系治理两个层面设计油气资源型城市产学研耦合共生网络稳定性实现的协调机制.其中,契约治理层面协调机制设计包括奖惩分明机制、目标耦合机制及制度规范机制;关系治理层面协调机制设计包括沟通互动机制、信任互惠机制及利益协调机制.This paper empirically analyzes the influence of contract governance,relationship governance and their interaction on the stability of coupling symbiosis network of industry-university-research in oil and gas resource-based cities by using the projection pursuit model and hierarchical regression model.Based on the empirical results,this paper designs the coordination mechanism for realizing the stability of coupling symbiosis network of industry-university-research in oil and gas resource-based cities from the perspectives of contract governance and relationship governance.Among them,the level of contract governance includes reward and punishment mechanism,goal coupling mechanism and system standard mechanism.Relationship governance includes communication and interaction mechanism,trust and reciprocity mechanism and interest coordination mechanism.
