摘　　要：目的:探讨皮肤保护膜在1~3岁静脉输液幼儿留置针固定中的应用效果。方法:将2019年9-12月天津医科大学总医院空港医院217例1~3岁住院患儿作为研究对象,按入院时间将其分为对照组113例和观察组104例。对照组常规使用一次性医用透明贴膜进行固定,观察组在固定前涂抹皮肤保护膜,待彻底干后再使用一次性医用透明贴膜进行固定。比较两组留置针固定耗时、贴膜张贴成功率、留置针留置时间及并发症发生率。结果:观察组留置针固定耗时较对照组长(P<0.01);对照组留置针贴膜一次张贴成功60例(53.1%),观察组为90例(86.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组留置针留置时间及拔针原因比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组留置针使用期间并发症发生率为29.81%,与对照组的63.72%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用皮肤保护膜可有效改善1~3岁静脉输液幼儿留置针固定效果,延长留置时间,降低留置针贴膜相关并发症的发生,效果显著。Objective:To investigate the application effect of skin protective film on fixation of indwelling needle in children aged 1-3 years with intravenous infusion.Method:A total of 217 hospitalized children aged 1-3 years were enrolled in Airport Hospital,General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from September to December 2019,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=113)and the observation group(n=104)according to the time of admission.The control group was routinely fixed with disposable medical transparent film,while the observation group was coated with skin protective film before fixation,and then fixed with disposable medical transparent film after completely drying.The time of indwelling needle fixation,success rate of film posting,indwelling time of indwelling needle and the incidence of complications of two group were compared.Result:The fixation time of indwelling needle in the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.01).60 cases(53.1%)were successfully pasted with indwelling needle film at one time in the control group,90 cases(86.5%)were in the observation group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the retention time of indwelling needle and reasons for needle removal between two groups(P<0.01).The complication rate of the observation group was 29.81%,compared with 63.72%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of skin protective film can effectively improve the effect of indwelling needle fixation,prolong the indwelling time and reduce the occurrence of complications related to indwelling needle film in 1-3 years old children with intravenous transfusion.
