肛窦扩大切除术治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析肛窦扩大切除术治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法2019年10月至2020年12月本院收治的97例肛窦炎患者,根据治疗方式不同分为研究组50例(采用肛窦扩大切除治疗)和对照组47例(采用药物保守治疗)。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、生活质量评分量表(SF-36),比较治疗前及治疗后3、6、9月肛门疼痛(VAS)评分疼痛及肛门坠胀量表评分。结果研究组总有效率100.00%,高于对照组82.98%(P<0.05);研究组情绪功能、社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后3、6、9月肛门疼痛及肛门坠胀评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论患者进行肛窦扩大切除术治疗肛窦炎,可有效提升其临床疗效及术后生活质量,同时还可减少患者肛门坠胀疼痛症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of enlarged anal sinus resection in the treatment of anal sinusitis.Methods Clinical data of 97 patients with anal sinusitisadmitted to our hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a study group(n=50)treated with enlarged anal sinus resection and a control group(n=47)treated with conservative treatment with drugs.The clinical efficacy and quality of life evaluated by the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36),and anal pain and anal bulging before and after 3,6 and 9 months of treatment evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)and self-made evaluation scale were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100.00%that was higher than 82.98%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emotional function,social function,physical function,role function,and cognitive function of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3,6 and 9 months of treatment,the scoresofanal pain and the anal bulging in the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The enlarged anal sinus resection in the treatment of patients with anal sinusitis can effectively improve their clinical efficacy and postoperative quality of life.At the same time,it can reduce the pain of anal bulging.It should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
