摘 要:结合常州市某建筑装潢垃圾综合利用项目,对主厂房的结构设计要点进行归纳总结,综合考虑工艺设备资料、设计规范要求和工程施工等因素,经计算分析后确定主厂房上部结构和基础类型。主厂房采用门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构,两跨双坡对称布置;设备平台结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构;基础类型为桩承台基础。上部结构设计要点包括荷载计算、关键模型参数选择和重要构件模型简化等内容;基础设计要点包括门式刚架桩基础计算方法和桩型选择等内容。Combined with a comprehensive utilization project of building decoration waste in Changzhou, this paper summarizes the key points of structural design of the main plant. Considering the process equipment data, design codes requirements and engineering construction, the superstructure and foundation type of the plant are determined after calculation and analysis. The plant adopts the steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames, with two spans and two slopes symmetrically arranged. The structure type of equipment platform is reinforced concrete frame. The foundation type is pile cap foundation. The key points of superstructure design include load calculation, selection of key model parameters, simplification of important component models, etc.. The key points of foundation design include the calculation method of gabled frame pile foundation and the selection of pile type, etc..
