摘 要:采用气压顶升工艺进行双金属全容式低温罐拱顶安装,施工费用相对较低,但施工难度高、安全风险大,前期准备工作项多、准备时间较长。论文对50 000 m^(3)双金属全容低温乙烯储罐的气压顶升工作进行研究,通过定量分析计算动力系统及平衡系统,选出规格合适的风机、钢丝绳及T形支架型钢,通过定性分析归纳总结得出气压顶升五大系统工作检查清单。It costs less but contains much more difficulties and safety risks to lift the roof of double metal full containment low-temperature storage tank through the air pressure, and it also needs many preparatory work items and long preparation time. So in this paper, the pressure jacking work of 50 000 m^(3) bimetal full capacity cryogenic ethylene storage tank is studied. Under quantitative analysis and calculation of power system and balance system, the fan, the steel wire rope and the T support section steel with appropriate specifications are figured out, and the checklist for the five systems of air pressure lifting roof method is summarized through qualitative analysis.
