摘　　要：淮安位于江苏北部,地理位置优越,在国家相关政策的扶持下,淮安空港物流枢纽的建设初具规模。对其所处环境进行科学的分析,对于中小型城市如何发展支线空港物流枢纽来说,具有一定的研究意义。文章主要通过SWOT分析法,研究淮安空港枢纽建设过程中面对的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并提出相关性的对策,希望能为今后中小型城市发展空港物流枢纽提供一些参考性的建议。Huaian is located in the north of Jiangsu province,with advantageous geographical position.With the support of relevant national policies,the construction of Huaian airport logistics hub has begun to take shape.The scientific analysis of its environment is of certain research significance for the development of feeder airport logistics hub in small and medium-sized cities.This paper mainly studies the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the construction process of Huaian airport logistics hub by SWOT analysis,and puts forward relevant countermeasures,hoping to provide some reference suggestions for the development of airport logistics hub for small and medium-sized cities in the future.
