摘　　要：本文结合南宁市地铁3号线工程平乐停车场项目办公楼的结构设计,从结构布置、计算、关键技术问题等方面分析,对框架结构体系的确定、扭转不规则分析、楼梯对结构的抗侧力性能影响及设计建议等进行了总结,为今后类似工程的设计提供参考。On the base of analysis on the office building structural design of Nanning Metro 3 Pingle parking lot project,the article analyses the structural layout,calculation and key technical problems.Through the analysis,the design of defining frame structure system,the problem of irregular torsion,the effect of lateral stiffness by stairs and the corresponding design suggestions are summarized in the paper,which could provide reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
