摘　　要：“三敬”文化是民航核心理念文化。以红色文化铸牢航空报国理想信念,以工匠文化夯实职业作风,以安全文化提高安全素养,构建“一体两翼三点四推进”的民航文化育人模式,通过文化融合,聚焦育人导向;通过产教融合,深化育人改革;通过知行融合,提升育人实效。“Three respects”culture is the core concept culture of civil aviation.Build the ideal and belief of serving the country by aviation with red culture,consolidate the professional style with craftsman culture,improve safety literacy with safety culture,build a civil aviation culture education mode of“one body,two wings,three-point and four promotion”,and focus on education orientation through cultural integration;Deepen the reform of education through the integration of industry and education;Improve the effectiveness of education through the integration of knowledge and practice.
