摘　　要：采用“固定台座、移动液压模板、封闭蒸养、两阶段张拉”等技术提高了预制T梁的成型质量及模板定位精度,保证了预制T梁的质量和强度,减少了早期收缩裂缝,提升了预制台座的周转效率。Using the technologies of"fixed pedestal,mobile hydraulic formwork,closed steam curing,two-stage tensioning",the forming quality of the prefabricated T beam and the positioning accuracy of the formwork were improved,the quality and strength of the prefabricated T beam were effectively guaranteed,the early shrinkage cracks was reduced,and the turnover efficiency of prefabricated pedestals was improved.
