社区老年人自我忽视现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社区老年人自我忽视现状及其影响因素。方法对郑州市216名社区老年人采用一般情况调查表、老年人自我忽视评估量表(中文版)了解一般情况及自我忽视现状,并分析老年人自我忽视的影响因素。结果本组被试老年人自我忽视评估量表总分为(12.22±5.54)分,生活方式/条件维度分为(5.96±3.36)分,医疗保健行为维度分为(4.39±2.31)分,居住环境卫生维度分为(1.87±2.04)分。本组被试老年人自我忽视评估量表评分在性别、年龄、有无配偶、个人月收入、是否定期体检及合并慢性疾病种类方面存在显著差异(P<0.05或0.01)。回归分析显示,年龄、个人月收入、合并慢性疾病种类是社区老年人自我忽视的影响因素(P<0.05或0.01),能解释自我忽视的25.7%。结论社区老年人自我忽视现状不可忽视,其影响因素众多,应从多方面入手改善其自我忽视现状。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of self-neglect of the elderly in the community.Methods The general condition questionnaire and the elder self neglect assessment(ESNA)were used to understand the general condition and the current situation of self-neglect among 216 community elderly people in Zhengzhou,and the influencing factors of self-neglect of the elderly were analyzed.Results The total ESNA score in this group was(12.22±5.54),the lifestyle/condition dimension score was(5.96±3.36),the medical care behavior dimension score was(4.39±2.31),and the living environment health dimension was(1.87±2.04).There were significant differences in ESNA scores in terms of gender,age,spouse,personal monthly income,regular physical examination and types of chronic diseases(P<0.05 or 0.01).Regression analysis showed that age,personal monthly income,and types of chronic diseases were the influencing factors of self-neglect of the elderly in the community(P<0.05 or 0.01),which could explain 25.7%of self-neglect.Conclusions The current situation of self-neglect of the elderly in the community cannot be ignored,and there are many influencing factors.It should be improved from various aspects.
