摘 要:泗洪站是南水北调东线一期工程江苏境内第四梯级泵站,为深入研究泗洪站灯泡式贯流泵装置的水力性能,确保工程安全高效运行,结合该工程特点,采用CFD理论及数值计算的方法,对水泵的进出水流道进行优化水力计算分析,选出较优的进出水流道模型,以期为后期同类大中型低扬程泵站水泵装置的流道型式选型设计提供借鉴。Sihong pumping station is the fourth step pumping station in Jiangsu province of the first phase of the eastern route of south-to-north water diversion project.In order to deeply study the hydraulic performance of bulb tubular pump device in Sihong station and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the project,combined with the characteristics of the project,this paper adopts CFD theory and numerical calculation method,the optimal hydraulic calculation and analysis of the inlet and outlet channel of the pump are carried out,and the better inlet and outlet channel model is selected,in order to provide reference for the channel type selection and design of similar large and medium-sized low head pump station in the later stage.
