摘 要:2-呋喃甲胺和2,5-呋喃二甲胺(BAMF)等呋喃胺类化合物,是功能性很强的含氮精细化学品,应用价值高。呋喃胺类化合物一般由糠醛和5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)等生物质原料合成。该合成反应过程往往伴随着偶联和呋喃环加氢等副反应,开发高活性和高选择性催化剂是其合成的关键。简述呋喃胺类化合物的合成路线及机理,详细阐述Ru、Rh、Pd、Ni、Co、双金属和化学酶等催化剂对呋喃胺合成反应的性能和影响规律。最后,展望了合成呋喃胺类化合物所用催化剂未来的研究方向。2-(Aminomethyl)furan,2,5-bis(aminomethyl)furan(BAMF)and other furan amine compounds,are powerful functional nitrogen-containing fine chemicals with high application value,which are generally synthesized by bio-based raw materials such as:furfural,5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF),etc.The synthesis reaction process is usually accompanied by coupling,furan ring hydrogenation and other side reactions,generating the key role of developing the catalyst that has high reactivity and selectivity.This article briefly describes the synthesis route and mechanism of furan amine compounds,and elaborates on the performance and influence rule of Ru,Rh,Pd,Ni,Co,bimetal,chemical enzymes and other catalysts on the synthesis of furan amine.At last,the future research direction of catalysts used in the synthesis of furan amine compounds is prospected.
