摘　　要：向善发展,更好地服务实体经济,促进包容性提升,缓解收入不平等,是新时代金融发展的使命担当。在前沿信息技术的带动下,科技与金融深度融合,以金融需求为导向,以科技创新为支撑,为新兴金融生态释放产能。对金融服务的准入门槛进行理论分析,实证检验金融科技的双刃剑效应具有重要的意义。选取140个国家面板数据,采用固定效应模型分析金融科技通过金融包容的不同维度对收入不平等产生的影响。考虑国家之间贫富差距的不同,使用分位数模型检验金融科技和金融包容对收入不平等影响作用的异质性。通过科技手段、金融渠道等有力方式对信息、资本、人力资源等的优化配置缓解收入不平等提供有益建议。The mission of financial development in the new era is to develop for the good,better serve the real economy,promote inclusiveness and alleviate income inequality.Driven by cutting-edge information technology,technology and finance are deeply integrated,guided by financial demand and supported by scientific and technological innovation,so as to release production capacity for emerging financial ecology.It is of great significance to theoretically analyze the access threshold of financial services and empirically test the double-edged sword effect of financial technology.Using panel data from 140 countries,the fixed effect model is used to analyze the impact of financial technology on income inequality through different dimensions of financial inclusion.Considering the difference between the rich and the poor among countries,the quantile model is used to test the heterogeneity of the impact of financial technology and financial inclusion on income inequality.The study provides useful suggestions on optimizing the allocation of information,capital and human resources to alleviate income inequality through scientific and technological means,financial channels and other powerful means.
