我国体育市场一体化水平及影响因素研究——基于京津冀地区、长三角地区和粤港澳大湾区的实证考察

摘　　要：采用相对价格法测度了2003—2018年京津冀地区、长三角地区和粤港澳大湾区三大核心区域体育市场一体化发展水平及其演进趋势,借用3D理论分析框架找出其影响因素。研究结果表明:考察期内,三大核心区域体育市场一体化演进历程相似,一体化水平逐渐提高但有差异,粤港澳大湾区体育市场一体化水平最高,京津冀地区最低。我国区域体育市场一体化可分为启动期、初步合作期和深入合作期3个阶段,三大核心区域在不同阶段的体育市场一体化水平表现不一;3D因素对三大核心区域体育市场一体化产生了显著影响,但具有异质性。京津冀地区主要受距离、密度和整合因素的影响,长三角地区主要受距离和密度因素的影响,粤港澳大湾区主要受密度和整合因素的影响。建议京津冀地区应着力完善基础设施建设和区域体育产业布局,长三角地区应进一步加强政策协同,粤港澳大湾区应持续推进投资贸易自由化和便利化水平。同时,三大核心区域体育产业市场一体化高质量发展既要地方化也要全球化。The study uses the relative price method to measure the development level and evolution of sports market integration in the three areas of Jing-Jin-Ji,Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao from 2003 to 2018,and uses the"3D"theoretical analysis framework to find out the influencing factors.The results show that:During the investigation period,the evolution process of sports market integration in the three core regions is similar.The integration level is gradually improved,but there are differences.The level of market integration of sports in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao is the highest,while that in JingJin-Ji is the lowest.The integration of sports market has experienced three stages:the start-up stage,the preliminary cooperation stage and the in-depth cooperation stage.The three core regions have different levels of market integration of sports in different stages.The“3D”factor has a significant impact on the market integration of sports in three core regions,but it has heterogeneity.Jing-Jin-Ji are mainly affected by distance,density and integration factors.The Yangtze River Delta is mainly affected by distance and density factors,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao are mainly affected by density and integration factors.Jing-Jin-Ji should focus on perfecting the construction of infrastructure and regional sports industry layout,Yangtze river delta should further strengthen policy coordination,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao should promote liberalization and facilitation of the investment and trade.At the same time,the high quality development of the sports market integration in the three core regions needs both localization and globalization.
