摘 要:研究新疆伊犁不同林龄野苹果林下的土壤碳、氮、磷含量变化特征及生态化学计量学特征变化规律,阐述不同林龄、不同土层野苹果林地土壤生态化学计量特征,为伊犁野果林资源保护提供理论依据。在伊犁巩留野苹果林内选取土母岩、海拔、立地条件较为一致的野苹果幼龄林(10 a)、中龄林(23 a)、成熟林(33 a),每个林龄林中分别设置三个20 m×20 m采样点样方,按0—15 cm,15—30 cm,30—45 cm,45—60 cm土层深度取样,测定土壤SOC、TN和TP含量,选用单因素方差分析Duncan来进行显著性检验。分析表明,土壤SOC、TN含量随土层深度的增加趋于下降,而TP含量在土层间无显著变化;SOC、TN含量随林龄先上升后下降,TP含量逐渐上升。3个林龄野苹果林0—60 cm土层土壤C:N为5.24—13.11、C:P为15.03—98.44、N:P为2.69—9.96。由冗余分析(RDA)可知,伊犁河谷不同林龄野苹果林下土壤有机碳对化学计量比的影响最大,全氮对化学计量比的影响最小。This paper studied the change characteristics of soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus contents and the change rules of ecological stoichiometric characteristics of wide apple forest under different forest ages in Yili,Xinjiang,and expounded the soil ecological stoichiometric characteristics of wild apple forest under different forest ages and different soil layers,so as to provide theoretical basis for the protection of wild apple forest resources.In Yili Gongliu wild apple forest(10 a),mid-maturation forest wild apple sapling forest(23 a),mature forest(33 a),we set three 20 m×20 m quadrat sampling points,according to 0 to 15 cm,15 to 30 cm,30 to 45 cm,45 to 60 cm depth of soil sampling,measured soil SOC,TN and TP content,and used the One-Way ANOVA of variance for significance test.The analysis showed that the contents of SOC and TN tended to decrease with the increase of soil depth,while the contents of TP did not change significantly between soil layers.The contents of SOC and TN increased first and then decreased with forest age,while the contents of TP increased gradually.Soil C:N was 5.24-13.11,C:P was 15.03-98.44,and N:P was 2.69-9.96 in the 0 to 60 cm soil layer of the three aged wild apple forests.Redundancy analysis(RDA)showed that soil organic carbon had the greatest effect on stoichiometry,and total nitrogen had the least effect on stoichiometry.
