摘 要:目的分析精子顶体酶活性对体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中胚胎培养指标的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月在浙江省温州市人民医院生殖医学中心进行体外受精-胚胎移植治疗的夫妇,按男性的精子顶体酶活性数值分为顶体酶正常组(48.2~218.7μIU/10^(6))和顶体酶异常组(<48.2μIU/10^(6)),经倾向性匹配后,纳入120对夫妇,其中顶体酶异常组30对,顶体酶正常组90对,比较两组卵子受精率、卵裂率和优质胚胎率的差异。结果顶体酶正常组和顶体酶异常组受精率分别为100.00%(85.71%~100.00%)和82.11(65.00%~100.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顶体酶活性异常可显著降低体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中胚胎培养受精率,顶体酶活性可成为辅助生殖治疗前具体方案选择的评价指标。Objective To analyze the effect of sperm acrosome enzyme activity on embryo culture indexes in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment.Methods The couples who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment at the Reproductive Medicine Center of Wenzhou People’s Hospital,from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the normal acrosomal enzyme group(48.2~218.7μIU/10^(6))and acrosome abnormal group(<48.2μIU/10^(6)),after propensity matching,120 couples were included,including 30 acrosome abnormal group and 90 acrosome normal group.The two groups were compared.Differences in egg fertilization,cleavage,and high-quality embryo rates.Results The fertilization rates of the normal acrosome enzyme group and the abnormal acrosome enzyme group were 100.00%(85.71%~100.00%)and 82.11%(65.00%~100.00%),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal acrosome enzyme activity can significantly reduce the fertilization rate of embryo culture in IVF-embryo transfer treatment,and acrosome enzyme activity can be an evaluation index for specific program selection before assisted reproductive treatment.
