摘　　要：现代工业化的施工方式在建筑市场上广泛应用,节能环保、减少人工投入逐步成为行业的主基调。装配式建筑施工除运用在建筑主体结构以外,还可应用于其他施工阶段。该文从装配式现代工业化思想出发,对装饰阶段中最易出现返修的卫生间防水工艺作出进一步的研究和改进,发挥装配式施工技术节约环保、减少人工、减少施工工序等优势,克服传统作业中存在的各种缺陷。The modern industrialized construction method has found widespread use in the market.Energy conservation,environmental protection and labor input reduction have gradually become the major tone of the industry.Prefabricated building construction can also be applied in other construction stages beside in the main structure of the building.Based on the main idea of modern industrialized assembly,this paper made a further step of improvement and research on the toilet waterproof technique to avoid potential repair in the decoration stage,so as to gradually overcome the defects in traditional techniques and give play to the advantages of prefabricated construction such as cost saving,environmental protection,labor force and construction procedures reducing.
