摘  要:智能制造技术已成为世界制造业发展的主要方向。但国内制动配件制造在智能制造方面基本上处于行业空白,以120阀为代表的铁路货车关键制动阀的组装试验长期以来都采用传统方式,自动化程度低,存在生产过程可控性较差、质量不稳定等问题。因此,为了提高制动配件制造的自动化、信息化、智能化水平,建设了国内首条120阀组装试验智能生产线。本文结合“120阀组装试验智能生产线”项目经验,从设备自动化和生产数据信息化两方面介绍了智能制造,并以此为背景阐述了120阀组装试验智能线的建设,包括自动化建设和信息化建设。通过建设120阀组装试验智能线,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,节约了人工成本。Intelligent manufacturing technology has become the main direction in the world manufacturing industry.However,the intelligent manufacturing of brake parts in China is basically in the blank.The assembly test of key brake valves of railway freight cars represented by 120 valves has long adopted the traditional method,with low automation level,poor controllability of production process and unstable quality.Therefore,in order to improve the automation,informatization and intelligent level of brake parts manufacturing,the first 120 valve assembly test intelligent production line in China was constructed.Based on the project experience of 120 valve assembly test intelligent production line,this paper introduces intelligent manufacturing from two aspects of equipment automation and production data information,and expounds the construction of 120 valve assembly test intelligent line,including automation construction and information construction.Through the construction of 120 valve assembly test intelligent line,the production efficiency is improved,the labor intensity is reduced,and the labor cost is saved.
