基于脉冲输出和模拟量输入的列车称重装载控制系统研究

摘　　要：根据传送带在工业系统中的特点,可以在此基础上增加称重环节,从而实现对系统进行自动化控制。为了满足列车货物自动称重、装载运输的控制要求,设计了一个列车称重装载控制系统。该系统以PLC为控制系统核心,以触摸屏为人机交互界面,以基于脉冲输出的三相步进电机为执行驱动,以基于模拟量输入的工业称重设备为采集重量数据设备,以基于FINS协议的Visual Basic软件为上位机监控软件。实践证明,该系统可以实现称重、装载和数据采集处理自动化,大大地减轻了工人的工作强度,提高了工作安全性,节约了企业的生产成本。According to the characteristics of the conveyor belt in the industrial system,the weighing link can be added to it,so as to realize the automatic control of the system.Now,a train weighing and loading control system is designed to meet the control requirements of automatic weighing and loading transportation of train cargo.The system is based on PLC as the core of the control system,touch screen as the human-machine interface,three-phase stepper motor based on pulse output as the execution drive,industrial weighing equipment based on analog input as the weight data collection equipment,and Visual Basic software based on FINS protocol as the upper computer monitoring software.The system has proven to automate weighing,loading and data collection and processing,greatly reducing the work intensity of workers,improving work safety and saving the production cost of enterprises.
