摘  要:多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄妇女常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病,约占无排卵性不孕症的80%。长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)与人类多种疾病的发生发展相关,并通过与DNA、RNA、蛋白质分子相互作用发挥重要作用。研究发现,lncRNAs在PCOS患者的外周血、卵泡液和颗粒细胞等组织中异常表达,且参与PCOS发生发展的各个环节如卵母细胞的成熟、颗粒细胞增殖凋亡、内分泌代谢及PCOS的远期病变如子宫内膜容受性改变等,甚至作为竞争性内源性RNA(ceRNA)与miRNA形成PCOS相关的lncRNA-mRNA网络(PCLMN)。本文就近年来lncRNAs在PCOS发生发展中的作用机制进行综述,为PCOS的诊断和治疗提供新的参考方向。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common endocrine disorders in women of reproductive age and accounting for about 75%of anovulatory infertility.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are associated with many human diseases and play an important role by interacting with DNA,RNA and protein molecules.It has been documented that lncRNAs are abnormally expressed in peripheral blood,follicular fluid,granulosa cells and other tissues of PCOS patients,and participate in various stages of PCOS occurrence and development,such as maturation of oocyte,proliferation and apoptosis of granulosa cell,endocrine metabolism and long-term lesions of PCOS such as endometrial receptivity changes.In additional,lncRNAs even act as competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNAs)to combine with miRNAs to form PCOS-related lncRNA-mRNA network.This paper reviews the mechanism of action of lncRNAs in the occurrence and development of PCOS in recent years,in order to provide a new reference direction for diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
