摘　　要：经过几十年的不断开采,我国剩余油气资源主要集中在陆上深井和海洋深水,这些地区大多数是高压、高温、含硫化氢的恶劣地层,钻井工况复杂,井控风险高。随着高温油田区块勘探开发的不断深入,防喷器用高温闸板胶芯和环形胶芯也逐渐进入大家的视野。普通材质、一般生产工艺的防喷器胶芯存在高温工况下易破损、使用寿命短、安全作业风险大的问题。高温环境下正确使用符合实际工况要求的防喷器胶芯可为井控作业提供安全可靠的保障。After decades of continuous exploitation,China's remaining oil and gas resources are mainly concentrated in deep onshore Wells and deep offshore waters.Most of these areas are high-pressure,hightemperature and h2S-containing formations with complex drilling conditions and high risk of well control.It is with the development of high-temperature oil field block exploration and development in China,high temperature ram packers and annular packing units for BOP have gradually entered the field of vision.The BOP core of common material and common production technology is prone to breakage,short service life and high risk of safe operation under high temperature conditions.Only the correct use of BOP core in accordance with the requirements of actual working conditions can provide safe and reliable guarantee for well control operations.
