摘　　要：为提高排管作业效率,减少危险作业区域用工,兼顾小井场作业,研制PG-160+型自动排管系统,主要包括钻具钻杆盒、行吊和传感器系统等装置。钻杆盒可扩容;行吊用于无序填充钻杆并自动有序投递和回收钻杆;传感器系统实时监控各执行机构状态。整机具备一键自动操作和液压手动操作冗余。该种自动排管系统以其智能、高效的特点,在钻机配套应用领域具有很好的市场前景。PG-160^(+)automatic pipe handing system is developed in order to improve pipe handing efficiency,reduce labor in dangerous working areas and give consideration to small well site drilling operations.It mainly includes drill pipe box,crane and sensor system.Drill pipe box can be expanded;Crane is used for disordered filling drill pipe and automatic orderly delivery and recovery of drill pipe;The sensor system monitors the state of each actuator comprehensively.The machine has one-button automatic operation and hydraulic manual operation redundancy.This kind of automatic pipe handing system will have a good market prospect in the field of drilling equipment application in the future.
