摘　　要：以安徽农业大学应用化学专业实验教学为例,探讨了“双一流”背景下其实验课程改革与实践。通过修订应用化学专业人才培养方案,以学生能力培养为导向,建立开放式和多层次的实验教学模式。通过以开放实验室为抓手,不断更新实验教学内容,提高综合性实验项目占比,加强培养学生的创新意识和综合实验科学研究能力。By taking the experimental teaching for the applied chemistry majors in Anhui Agricultural University as an example,this paper discusses the reform and practice of the experimental course under the background of“double first-class”construction.By adjusting the revision of applied chemistry professional talent training scheme and taking the student ability training as the guide,establishing the open and multilevel experimental teaching mode.By taking open laboratory as the starting point,updating experiment teaching content,increasing the proportion of comprehensive experimental items,strengthening the cultivation of students'innovative consciousness and comprehensive experimental scientific research ability.
