摘  要:通过使用管道拉伸试验机,设计了环焊缝外表面缺陷,并对人工缺陷进行了有限元仿真模拟,采用大口径输送管,利用封闭实物管道内压+轴向载荷,详细考虑测点布点方案,在缺陷位置、缺陷周边区域和完好管道位置以及钢质环氧套筒上都进行应力应变情况测试,加载方式及载荷量要求修复前后一致,利用载荷值和管道伸长量对比反映补强前后效果。In this paper,through the use of pipeline tensile testing machine,the outer surface defects of girth weld are designed,and the artificial defects are simulated by finite element method.The large diameter pipeline is used,the internal pressure of closed physical pipeline+axial load is used,and the scheme of measuring point distribution is considered in detail.The stress and strain are measured at the defect location,the defect surrounding area,the intact pipeline location and the steel epoxy sleeve Test results show that the loading mode and load amount are consistent before and after repair,and the load value and pipeline elongation are used to reflect the effect before and after reinforcement.
