摘  要:设计了一种加载集总电阻的宽带超材料吸波器,其单元结构由加载集总元件的电谐振器、中间匹配层和接地金属板组成。利用有限时域差分算法对该结构进行数值模拟,仿真结果显示在垂直入射下,该吸波器在4~14.6 GHz范围内的吸收率高于90%,完全涵盖了C、X波段,部分涵盖Ku波段,整体厚度仅为0.084λ_(L)。根据传输线理论,定量地分析了吸收器的吸收性能,并通过表面电流分析揭示了吸波机理。通过Nicolson-Ross-Wier方法计算得到的等效阻抗表明该结构在吸收频带内具有优异的阻抗匹配特性。不同模式下极化角和斜入射角的研究表明该结构具有极化不敏感和广角入射特性。A wideband metamaterial absorber with lumped resistance was designed.The unit structure consisted of an electric resonator loaded with lumped elements,an intermediate matching layer,and a metal ground.The finite difference time domain algorithm was used to simulate the structure.The simulation results show that the absorptivity of the absorber is more than 90%in the range of 4 to 14.6 GHz under vertical incidence,which covers fully the C and X bands,and partly the Ku band with the overall thickness of only 0.084λ_(L).According to the theory of transmission line,the absorbing performance of the absorber is analyzed quantitatively,and the mechanism of absorbing wave is revealed by analyzing the surface current.The equivalent impedance calculated by the Nicolson-Ross-Wier method shows that the structure has excellent impedance matching characteristics in the absorption band.The study of polarization angle and oblique incident angle in different modes show that the structure is polarization-insensitive and has wide-angle incidence characteristics.
