摘　　要：高等教育结构是高等教育不断发展的衍生物。高等教育结构的形成过程,实质上就是人类围绕知识操作展开的对现有可支配教育资源和理想高等教育需求的调和过程。任何外部力量、因素对高等教育结构的影响,其作用力和作用方式都需要透过知识操作来传导。人类的理想高等教育需求是高等教育结构形成的最基本动力,知识操作是高等教育结构形成的基本手段,现实可支配的教育资源是高等教育结构得以结成的基础。The structure of higher education is a derivative of the continuous development of high⁃er education.It is shaped essentially by reconciling available educational resources with the ideal higher education demand by way of knowledge operation.The influence of any external forces or factors on the structure of higher education have to be transmitted through knowledge operation.The ideal de⁃mands of mankind for higher education constitute the basic driving force for the formation of the struc⁃ture of higher education,while knowledge operation is the basic means that gives shape to such struc⁃ture,and the available educational resources pave the ground for such structure to stand by itself.
