贝那普利联合拉贝洛尔治疗高血压患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨贝那普利联合拉贝洛尔治疗高血压患者的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月~2021年12月新疆生产建设兵团医院收治的300例高血压患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组单用拉贝洛尔,观察组采用贝那普利联合拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、脉压差、舒张压、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和收缩压,且检测两组患者血清缺血修饰清蛋白(IMA)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血压和脉压差比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者血压和脉压差降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血清ET-1、HCY、NO、IMA、MPO水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者血清ET-1、HCY、IMA、MPO水平均降低,NO升高,且观察组血清ET-1、HCY、NO、IMA、MPO水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者颈动脉IMT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者颈动脉IMT降低,且观察组颈动脉IMT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合拉贝洛尔治疗高血压患者能改善患者的血管内皮功能,降低颈动脉IMT,提高疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the eff ect of benazepril combined with labetalol on vascular endothelial function and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with hypertension.Methods Selected 300 cases of patients with who were treated in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Hospitalfrom January 2019 to December 2021,the random number table method is divided into two groups.The control group was treated with labetalol alone,and the observation group was treated with benazepril combined with labetalol.The clinical effi cacy,pulse pressure diff erence,diastolic blood pressure,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and systolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups,and systolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups,and the levels of serum ischemia modifi ed albumin(IMA),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),homocysteine(Hcy)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)were measured.Results The eff ective rate of the observation group wassignifi cantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in blood pressure and pulse pressure difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure and pulse pressure diff erence between the two groups decreased signifi cantly(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the levels of serum ET-1,Hcy,NO,IMA and MPO between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum ET-1,Hcy,IMA and MPO decreased signifi cantly(P<0.05)and NO increased signifi cantly(P<0.05).The levels of serum ET-1,Hcy,NO,IMA and MPO in the observation group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in carotid IMT between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the carotid IMT of the two groups decreased signifi cantly(P<0.05),and the carotid IMT of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with labetalol can improve vascular endothelial function,reduce caroti
