摘  要:冲突性网评倘若处置不当往往会引发负面网络舆情,但这一现象未引起学界足够重视。本文以“大学生起诉上海迪士尼”的新闻报道引发的冲突性网评为语料,以立场三角和语用离情为理论基础,构建冲突性网评中立场表述的语用诠释框架,据此研究冲突性网评中立场表述现象,从立场焦点、立场表述的语言/语用手段、立场表述引发的离情效应等方面展开分析。研究发现,不恰当的立场表述可能引发双方或多方的冲突回应,造成情感或心理方面的离异,产生离情效应,破坏网络人际关系。因此,需引导网民发表网络新闻评论时坚持“和谐取向”,避免使用冒犯性言语手段表述立场,构建文明、和谐的网评环境。Online conflict commentaries,if it is not properly dealt with,may cause negative public opinions,which,however,haven’t attracted researchers’attention.The corpus of this research is from the online conflict commentaries triggered by the news report of a college student’s prosecuting Shanghai Walt Disney Resort.Based on the Stance Triangle Theory and Pragmatic De-empathy Theory,this article constructs the framework of pragmatic interpretation of stance-taking in online conflict commentaries.On the basis of this framework,some language phenomenon,such as,the stance focuses,the linguistic or pragmatic means of stance-taking,the effect of de-empathy,etc.are analyzed.It is found that the inappropriate stance-taking means may lead to conflict responses between two or more parties,result in emotional or psychological separation,produce de-empathy effect and do damage to the network interpersonal relationship.Therefore,netizen,when making online news comments,should be guided to adhere to the“Rapport Orientation”and avoid using offensive verbal means to take stance so that a civilized and rapport environment for online comments can be constructed.
