摘　　要：结合出版企业在智慧教育生态体系中的角色定位,通过案例分析、文献调查、深度访谈、比较分析等研究方法,指出教育出版企业知识服务模式从数字教材到数字教育知识库、从教育平台到智慧学习应用场景的演变趋势。从出版的知识服务属性出发,结合智慧教育特征和出版关键环节,从出版内容、出版渠道、出版技术三方面探索教育出版企业“转识为智”的知识服务策略,以期为出版企业数字化转型升级提供参考。Combining the role of publishing enterprises in the smart education ecosystem,using the research methods of case study,literature survey,in-depth interview and comparative analysis,point out the evolution trend of knowledge service mode of educational publishing enterprises from digital teaching materials publication to digital education knowledge database,and from education platform to smart learning application scenario.Starting from the knowledge service attribute of publishing,explore the knowledge service strategy of educational publishing enterprises to“turn knowledge into wisdom”in three aspects,including publishing content,publishing channels and publishing technology,taking into account the characteristics of wisdom education and key aspects of publishing,in order to provide reference for the digital transformation and upgrading of publishing enterprises.
