博士生学术生活的时间体验与重构——基于一所化学实验室的质性研究

摘　　要：以一所国家重点化学实验室内的博士生为研究对象,通过积极塑造“内部人”的身份搜集田野资料并分析他们日常学术生活中的个体时间体验。研究发现,毕业压力使博士生的时间感知方向发生逆向变化,随之而来的焦虑心态使他们处于加速前进的生活节奏中;关键事件的出现会影响博士生主观感受到的时间流逝速度;实验室内特定的时间制度冲击并形塑着博士生自身的时间结构,但他们也可以发挥主体性来调整时间体验。重构博士生就学期间的时间体验,需要通过外部学术环境的变革、博士生发挥自身的能动性以及导师的帮助共同构建更加正向的时间体验。In this study,researcher act as“insider”to collect field materials as well as analyse time experience in daily academic life of doctoral students in a state key chemistry laboratory.The results show that the pressure of graduation causes the reverse change of time perception of doctoral students,and the anxiety makes them stay in an accelerated pace of life.The significant events affect the time passing rate perceived by the doctoral students.The time system in the laboratory impacts and shapes the time structure of doctoral students,but they can also adjust the time experience by exerting their subjectivity.Therefore,to reconstruct the time experience of doctoral students,it is necessary for doctoral students to exert their own initiative and construct a more positive time experience together with the help of supervisors through the reform of external academic environment.
