摘 要:地浸铀矿探采常用的测井探管存在可测参数组合针对性不强,物探测井效率低,仪器设备易损耗等问题。作者以现有常规测井理论为研究基础,通过分析北方地浸砂岩型铀矿钻孔特点和成井要求,遴选了合适的测井参数进行优化组合,解决了不同测井参数集成于一根探管中物理场间的影响,突破了多参数组合测井探管外形结构、电路布局和软件设计等关键技术,完成了井温、井径、三侧向电阻率、自然电位、测斜等5参数统一组合,定量γ和密度参数作为单独短节分别串联的多参数组合探管的研制。这项技术能有效减少钻探下管次数,提高测井时效,降低铀矿探采时间成本和测井成本,同时减少人为操作导致的安全风险,具有一定的经济和社会价值。Logging probe in use for in-situ leaching is weak in combination of measuring parameters,low efficiency and high wastage.By analyzing the drilling characteristics and well completion requirements of in-situ leachable of sandstone-type uranium deposits in north China,the suitable logging parameters were selected for optimal combination based on the existing conventional logging parameter theory.By overcoming the physical field influence of different logging parameters in one probe and breaking through the key techniques of multi-parameter combination logging probe such as configuration,circuit layout and software design,a new logging probe was developed to detect well temperature,well diameter,three-lateral resistivity,spontaneous potential and in clinometer in combination.This combination technology can effectively reduce the times of down-hole drilling of the probe in use,which not only improve the logging efficiency and save the cost,but also reduce the safety risk caused by artificial operation for in-situ leaching uranium production.
