摘 要:以无锡田园东方为例,运用问卷调查和定量研究分析游客的旅游动机。结果表明:游客的旅游动机因子概括为目的地吸引力、个人需要、工作需要、家庭需要和自我提升需要,人口特征中性别、年龄和常住地对不同旅游动机有显著影响。根据实证分析,提出促进游客出游、吸引游客来游和保障游客可游的营销建议。Taking Wuxi New Pastoralism Peach Village as an example,questionnaire survey and quantitative research were used to analyze tourism motivation. The results showed that the tourism motivation factors of tourists were summarized as destination attraction,personal needs,work needs,family needs and self-improvement needs. Gender,age and residence had significant influence on different tourism motivation. Based on the empirical analysis,the marketing suggestions were put forward as follows:encouraging tourists to travel,attracting tourists’ attention and guaranteeing tourists’ travel.
