摘 要:向环氧树脂−云母涂层中添加不同质量分数的石墨烯得到环氧树脂−云母/石墨烯复合涂层。通过摩擦磨损试验、冲击试验和附着力测试,研究了石墨烯质量分数对复合涂层力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量石墨烯可显著提高复合涂层的力学性能。随着石墨烯质量分数增大,复合涂层的耐磨性、耐冲击性和附着力均呈现先增强后减弱的趋势,当石墨烯质量分数为0.7%时,复合涂层具有最小的摩擦因数(0.182)、最好的耐冲击性(抗冲击高度70 cm)和最大的附着力(8.81 MPa)。Epoxy-mica/graphene composite coatings were obtained by adding different mass fractions of graphene to the epoxy-mica coating.The effect of mass fraction of graphene on the mechanical properties of composite coating were studied by friction and wear test,impact test,as well as adhesion test.The results showed that the mechanical properties of composite coating could be improved by adding an appropriate amount of graphene.The wear resistance,impact resistance,and adhesion strength of composite coating became better initially and then worse with the increasing of graphene content in composite coating.The composite coating with 0.7%(mass fraction)graphene had the lowest friction factor(0.182),the best impact resistance(critical height 70 cm),and the highest adhesion strength(8.81 MPa).
