摘 要:在地理信息系统和遥感技术支持下,选取海拔、道路、水质等12个影响大鲵生境选择的因子,运用层次分析法与栅格数据的叠加分析,对湖南张家界大鲵国家级自然保护区生境适应性进行评价,确定了大鲵栖息适宜、次适宜与不适宜区域。在此基础上,按照生态完整性与保护区面积不变的调整原则,提出了该保护区的范围与功能分区方案。该方案中,核心区外围有缓冲区保护,其面积分别占保护区的34.43%和38.01%,实验区面积占保护区的28.56%,保护区涉及水域长度缩短至原保护区的1/5,该方案将极大减少保护区与居民生产生活的矛盾,提高保护管理工作效率。研究结果可为两栖动物自然保护区范围与功能分区调整提供借鉴。With the support of geographic information system and remote sensing technology,we evaluated the habitat adaptability of the Zhangjiajie Chinese Giant Salamander National Nature Reserve in Hunan province.The suitable,sub-suitable and unsuitable areas for the habitat of the Chinese giant salamander were determined by the methods of layer hierarchy processing and raster data overlay analyses to a selection of 12 evaluation factors such as altitude,road,water quality etc.,which affected the habitat selection of Chinese giant salamander.According to the above and the principle of maintaining ecological integrity and keeping an unchanged area of the protected area,a recommended plan for the scope and functional zoning of this was proposed.In this proposal,there are buffer zones around the core zones;they account for 34.43%and 38.01%of the protected area respectively.In addition,the experimental zone accounts for 28.56%of the protected area.The length of the protected stream covered will be reduced to 1/5 of its original coverage in the proposal,so it will greatly reduce the contradiction between reserve and residents'production and life and improve the efficiency of protection.The results can provide a valuable reference for range adjusting and functional zoning of the nature reserves for amphibians.
